Data Protection
The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.
When you use this website, various personal data is collected. Personal data is data with which you can be personally identified. This privacy policy explains what data we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this happens.
We point out that data transmission on the internet (e.g. when communicating by email) can have security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

The responsible party is the natural or legal person who, alone or jointly with others, decides on the purposes and means of the processing of personal data (e.g. names, email addresses, etc.).
Revocation of Your Consent to Data Processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke consent you have already given at any time. An informal notification by email to us is sufficient for this. The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
Right to Complain to the Competent Supervisory Authority
In the event of data protection violations, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority for data protection matters is the state data protection officer of the federal state in which our company is based. Right to Data Portability
You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another responsible party, this will only be done to the extent that it is technically feasible.
SSL / TLS Encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as inquiries that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser’s address line changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Objection to Advertising Emails
We hereby object to the use of contact data published in the context of our imprint obligation for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising and information materials. We have not appointed a data protection officer for our company, as there is no corresponding obligation.
4. Data Collection on Our Website
Server Log Files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
- Browser type and browser version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Host name of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not merged with other data sources.
The basis for data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR, which permits the processing of data on the basis of a legitimate interest — here, the technically error-free provision of the website.
Contact by Email
This website has no contact form; the only form on it is the waitlist described below. If you send us an inquiry by email, the data you send, including the contact details you provide, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent.
The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR, our legitimate interest in answering inquiries addressed to us, or on your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR) where you have given it. You can revoke such consent at any time. An informal notification by email to us is sufficient for this. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data you send us remains with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions, in particular retention periods, remain unaffected.
Waitlist
You may leave an email address on our start page to be told once, by email, when the software is available to download. This is the only form on this website, and it is optional: nothing else on the site asks for or requires any data about you.
Double opt-in. When you submit the form we store your email address, the time of the request and the IP address it came from, and we send you a confirmation link. Your address is not added to the waitlist and receives nothing until you click that link. If you do not, the entry is deleted automatically after 14 days. We keep the IP address of the request only until confirmation, in order to demonstrate that the consent was genuine, and delete it at that point.
The legal basis for this processing is your consent under Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You may withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link carried by every email we send, or by writing to us. On withdrawal your address is deleted, not merely marked. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
No third party is involved. The form posts to this website's own server, the addresses are stored on it outside the publicly reachable directory, and the confirmation email is sent from it. We use no newsletter provider, no tracking pixel, no open or click measurement, and we pass your address to no one. We keep confirmed addresses only until the announcement has been sent or you unsubscribe, whichever comes first.
