Record a few seconds of yourself, or import a recording, and AIsotope speaks in that voice — reading replies aloud or adding a voice clip to an answer. Your own voice, or one you’re allowed to use.

Set one up in a minute: say what it may read and how often it should run. The Daily Mail Agent goes through your inbox before you’re up and tells you what actually needs a reply. A new agent only reports back — you widen what it may do when you’re ready.
Scans, PDFs and images, read on your Mac.
Attach an image or a scanned PDF and ask about it — image analysis and OCR run on your Mac. Add watched folders of invoices, letters and contracts, and every answer names the file and the page it came from.
It writes code, and none of it leaves your Mac.
Syntax highlighting as the reply streams, and a copy button on every block and every shell command. Longer files arrive as files you can save, not four hundred lines to scroll past. Attach a source file and ask what’s wrong with it — nothing is uploaded, not even the file you attach.

Open it in the morning and your day is already laid out, from what’s actually on your calendar. Every line says where it came from. Read it, or have it read aloud.

It remembers what you tell it, and you can see all of it.
Whatever it remembers, you can read, export or delete. Everything it does is written down. Mail, calendar and folders connect one at a time, each with exactly as much access as you allow.

Made for the Macs people actually have
A walk on a 32 GB Mac found fourteen rough edges. They are fixed, and the chat model now steps aside when image generation, image analysis or speech needs its memory. Microsoft 365 calendars, your reminders and Word, Excel and PowerPoint files are read now too, the mail assistant drafts with what it knows about you, and nineteen more models are there to choose from — each one saying what it can do. Local models, the model library and Agents are redesigned, and German replies are read aloud in a German voice.
Memory on smaller Macs
- NewWhen image analysis, image generation, read-aloud or dictation does not fit beside the chat model, the chat model pauses and loads again right after — switch it off in Settings › Assistant.
- NewQwen3.5 9B brings its own vision projector (mmproj), so on a 32 GB Mac nothing has to pause for image analysis.
- ImprovedA message you send while the chat model loads again waits in the chat and can be stopped.
- ImprovedImage generation, voice clips and read-aloud say they are waiting for their turn until they start.
- FixedA 1024 × 1024 image is no longer refused while 2048 × 2048 is offered — on a Mac short of memory it is generated in tiles.
- FixedMemory messages say memory (RAM), name what holds it and what helps — never disk space.
- FixedCards describe the chat model you use, not the one we would recommend.
- FixedImage analysis no longer stays off for a whole session because the recommended model would not have left room.
- FixedTwo engines no longer shut each other down while one analyses an image beside the other.
Chat and tools
- FixedMinistral 3, Devstral and some Qwen3.5 models answer again when a memory, an attachment or a persona goes with the question — the engine refused those turns before.
- FixedTools work with Ministral 3 and Devstral — every tool call ended in an engine error before.
- FixedRegenerate on a continued reply goes on from where it stopped.
- FixedA reply's token count no longer includes the chat's title.
- NewEvery reply shows how many tokens it took, next to where it ran.
- NewA reply that stopped at the length you set can go on — press Continue and it writes on below.
- FixedSmaller models keep generating images through a long conversation instead of only announcing them.

Calendar

- ImprovedAnswers about your day say which calendars were read and mention cancelled events; birthdays and holidays no longer count as your calendars.
- ImprovedThe calendar understands today, tomorrow or a number of days, however a small model asks.
- NewMicrosoft 365 calendars are read beside your Mac's own — in answers about your day and on Today, and a meeting in both shows once.
- NewReminders with a due date join your day — on Today and in answers about it, named as reminders, overdue ones too — once you allow Reminders on the calendar card.
- ImprovedEach Microsoft 365 account has its own switch for its calendar.
- ImprovedWhen Microsoft needs one more permission, the connection says so and offers to sign in again.

Documents and search
- NewWord, Excel and PowerPoint files are read — in watched folders and as chat attachments; answers name the slide, or the sheet and its rows.
- NewText in SmartArt graphics and charts inside PowerPoint files is read too, and cited under its slide.

Mail

Voices

The first alpha
The first alpha of AIsotope. It runs on your own Mac, works the minute you install it, and goes to the cloud only when you say so.
Getting started
- NewNo account, no API key, nothing to pay. Install it and start.
